Edgework Spring & Fall Sessions

This spring we will be introducing an advanced program that will focus on skating, stick handling, passing and shooting. We will be using training techniques that have been developed and refined in the Czech Republic that help players develop their skills in simulated game like situations. We start with basic skating techniques using the fundamental skills we have always taught and then add lateral movement, puck control ,split vision and shooting to complete the drills. We have used these in a couple camps and with the Varsity team this year. The feedback from the players is excellent and the improvement in skills dramatic.

The camp is 10 sessions long with a pee wee group and a bantam group. Players that were second year Bantams are welcome to attend the Bantam Group. The sessions are in the evenings and will hopefully avoid any spring sports conflicts. All sessions are at the Plymouth Ice Center on the Providence Rink.

The cost of the camp is $225 per skater. To register please use the register button to the left. You can pay on line through Pay Pal or send a check to 16905 25th Ave N. Plymouth, MN 55447. We will have a hard cut off at 25 skaters for each session. Goalies will find the camp quite challenging and fun. We will limit each session to 3 goalies.
